About the project

A residential community in eastern Riyadh developed by Sateaa Al Tameer. It comprises 434 villas in a range of designs and sizes across a total area of 302,000 square metres, with integrated infrastructure and amenities.

Our role

We produced a 3D architectural film that takes viewers from an overview of the community into its streets, gardens and villa facades. The camera movements reveal how spaces connect and highlight the architecture and lifestyle within the development.
